Join Cathy for a one day retreat where you will be surrounded by glorious nature, selected poetry, silence, and free writing time to unleash your own inner thoughts, stories and imaginings.

 

9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. – Coffee and greetings.

10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. – Opening meditation, poems, talk and prompts.

10:30 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. – Free write.

11 a.m. to noon – Sharing (optional) or writing if you hit a vein and can’t stop.

 

Noon: Lunch

 

1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Second round of poems and prompts.

1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. – More free writing time.

2 p.m. to 3 p.m. – Sharing and closing circle.
